These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BMI Tracker mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Khazlov ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using BMI Tracker, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and accept these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
BMI Tracker is a free mobile application that allows users to calculate and track their Body Mass Index (BMI) based on self-reported height and weight. The App does not store, collect, or transmit personal health data — all calculations are performed locally on your device.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may collect certain non-personally identifiable information such as device type, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant ads. We do not control or have access to this data. Your use of the App is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The BMI calculation provided by this App is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as — and should not be relied upon as — medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding your health.
You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including source code, design, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to Khazlov. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in BMI calculation or consequences arising from its use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khazlov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice or website update.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Depok, West Java, Indonesia.
